Rusty Rusk is a personal trainer and run coach based in Eastbourne. Rusty offers personal training in and around the Eastbourne area. Personal training can include strength, conditioning and core training as well as personalised fitness and run training. If you want to slim down, get fit, lose fat, run faster or run longer Rusty can help you achieve your individual goals. In addition to personal training Rusty offers joint training packages so you can come along with a friend or partner. Rusty has a beginners running group (Harbour Harriers), if you are interested in getting started to run while remaining injury free. Alternatively he provides 1-2-1 beginners run training on an individual basis at a pace to suit your individual needs. For more experienced runners who have a new goal they would like to achieve Rusty can run and train alongside you on a 1-2-1 basis using up to date coaching methods to improve your form, strength and pace. Rusty can also pace you or run with you in a race of your choice to assist you to achieve your goals.
